These are the Horses Running Wild Brown Earrings, made for the wearer that likes symmetry and playfullness mixed with magic, horses and speed and to honor the year of the Horse 2026.
The title is also inspired by my old band A Cup of Coffee and a Lovesongs song: Horses Running Wild, released on the album The Year of the Octopus, 2017.
The horses was found at a fleamarket and the hooks and hoops is handmade out of 1,0mm copper wire with small faceted rhodonite pearls on them. Copper does not withold nickel wich makes it suitable for the wearer with skin allergies.
Copper also withold animicrobial properties by effectively killing bacteria, viruses, and fungi by disrupting cell membranes, damaging DNA/RNA, and creating oxidative stress through released ions, often eliminating over 99% of microbes within hours on its surface.
