This pair of earrings are found on one of my mermaid journeys to Styrsö in the southern archipelago of Gothenburg. The seashells are ornated with small slagstone pieces from bergslagen in the south of Finnmark in Sweden. The seashells are filled with resin and small pearls for maximum longivity and hold. I have also added small textile daisys that has been thrifted from a fleamarket to enhance the west coast flora and fauna around the midsomer solstice in Sweden.

Slagstone, specifically blue copper slag, is believed to have several metaphysical and spiritual benefits, including enhancing concentration, guiding towards righteousness, and aiding in meditation. It is also associated with chakra activation, particularly the heart chakra.
