This pair of earrings are made out of a pair of oystershells found on one of my mermaid journeys to Styrsö  in the southern archipelago of Gothenburg. They are ornated with small pieces of slagstone from the southern Finnmark in Sweden, filled with resin glaze for maximum longivity and hold. The hooks are gold plated.
Slagstone, specifically blue copper slag, is believed to have several metaphysical and spiritual benefits, including enhancing concentration, guiding towards righteousness, and aiding in meditation. It is also associated with chakra activation, particularly the heart chakra. Some believe it can help awaken chakras, clear negativity, and direct dreams in a positive direction.
The hooks are made out of 1,0mm copper wire. Copper does not withold nickel wich makes it suitable for the wearer that has skin allergies.
