This is The Green Fairy Ivy Necklace, perfect for the wearer that likes lightweight adjustable necklaces, magic, fairies, forests and green. I have always loved Fairies and I have painted them and even seen them, especially when I was a kid.
The Ivyshapes are cut out of a plastic cap from a tennis cap that I recycled. The thin plastic makes green fairy lights dance on your skin in the sunlight. Ivy stands for growth and resilience, Eternity and immortality, Fidelity and loyalty, connection, support and mystery and transformation.
The hoops, shape of an ivy and lock are handmade out of 1,0mm copper wire. Copper does not withold nickel wich makes it suitable for the wearer that has skin allergies.
The necklace is embellished with small clear quartz beads and green agate.
The prisms are recycled from a plastic crystal crown i foraged and from a glass crystal crown. The triangle green granite stone is found by the oceanside at the Gothenburg Harbour.
