These are The Green Fairy Ivy Earrings, perfect for the wearer that likes lightweicht bigger earrings, magic, fairies, forests and green. I have always loved Fairies and I have painted them and even seen them, especially when I was a kid.
The Ivyshapes are cut out of a plastic cap from a tennis cap that I recycled. The thin plastic makes green fairy lights dance on your skin in the sunlight. Ivy stands for growth and resilience, Eternity and immortality, Fidelity and loyalty, connection, support and mystery and transformation.
The hoops, shape of an ivy and hooks are handmade out of 1,0mm copper wire. Copper does not withold nickel wich makes it suitable for the wearer that has skin allergies.
The ivyshapes are embellished with small clear quartz beads and green agate. And the bigger handmade copper hooks has small green handmade glassbeads on them.
The prisms are recycled from a plastic crystal crown i foraged.
